The mission of Solar Consulting is to support top executives of large companies by providing an experienced, external, and supportive perspective during their reflective process, helping them to generate value and achieve their goals and ambitions.
My purpose? Developing your potential and that of your company by identifying and implementing relevant levers for value creation is one of my greatest satisfactions.
I am deeply convinced that a leader must regularly detach from daily operations to gain perspective, both on the company’s trajectory and performance and on the effectiveness of their own role. Furthermore, a leader often finds themselves alone with their responsibilities, making it challenging to express their questions and vulnerability to investors, superiors, peers, or collaborators.

Throughout my career as a consultant and C-suite executive, I have had the privilege of navigating various industries and addressing diverse challenges faced by companies and leaders. Living in different countries and immersing myself in various cultures has further fueled my curiosity, enabling me to adapt to any situation and approach problems from multiple perspectives.
As an ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified coach, it is an honor for me to support executives in taking a step back and reflecting on their next actions, whether through individual or group coaching sessions, or through strategic consulting assignments.
